Design & Planning Process
Large-scale holiday lighting installations require coordination between creative design, logistical planning, and field execution. For the Downtown Athens project, Christmas Elves worked in collaboration with city stakeholders and the Koons Environmental Design team to help bring the seasonal vision to life.
Through early planning discussions, power mapping, material selection, and installation strategy, we helped translate the design vision into a structured, commercial-grade installation plan. This collaborative process ensured that the final execution aligned with both aesthetic goals and real-world installation requirements.
