Safety is our priority. In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule the installation to ensure the safety of our team and your property. We'll communicate promptly and work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
A callback is when we fix issues like fallen, damaged, or malfunctioning lights. You can request it by calling us or filling out a form on our website.
We fix any problems with the lights we've installed. If it’s under warranty, it’s free; otherwise, we’ll provide a repair quote.
